Chi Kung – Class Description
Chi Kung is an ancient Chinese exercise for health and well being. It is a series of movements and postures that are gentle, flowing and low impact. Chi Kung increases flexibility, balance, oxygen levels, mental clarity, boosts the immune system and reduces stress. It is restorative to the body for those that practice sports and martial arts and is also restorative to energy levels for those that practice the healing arts.
All Levels Welcome.
