Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit.

The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being,

and also a feeling of being at one with their environment.

Hatha Yoga

Tuesdays: Gentle to Moderate Hatha Yoga

This class combines physical postures, breath work and relaxation to improve health, reduce stress, and increase flexibility. All levels of ability welcome.


Tuesdays: Restorative Hatha Yoga: 

This class allows you to slow everything down and completely rest and relax with the use of props.  This practice will calm the mind and nervous system, enabling you to turn inward and focus on breath.  Yoga Nidra (mindfulness) practice will take place the last class of each session.

NEW.  A Friday Mornings class has been added.

Fridays:  Combined Gentle / Restorative Hatha Yoga: 

This class will be a combination of the two classes described above.

2017: Classes in November are ( Nov 7th and 28th) and for December (Dec 5th, 12th and 19th).

2018: The first 4 Tuesday Sessions for 2018 are:

Session 1: January 9th, 16th, 23rd and February 6th

Session 2: February 13th, 20th, 27th and March 6th

Session 3: April 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th.

Session 4: May 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th.

Each (4 day) Session is $50.00  * minimum of 5 people per session.


Combined Gentle / Restorative  10 am to 11 am.     

2018: The first 4 Friday Sessions for 2018 are:

Session 1: January 12th, 19th, 26th and February 9th

Session 2: February 16th, 23rd, and March 2nd and 9th

Session 3: April 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th.

Session 4:  May 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th.

Each (4 day) Session is $50.00  * minimum of 5 people per session.

Kundalini Yoga Classes Schedules

Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness.

In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

When we apply the technology of Kundalini Yoga to our bodies and minds, it has the effect of uplifting the spirit. It is for everyone. It is universal and nondenominational. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.

Kundalini Yoga is a yoga for householders, for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses. It is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times.

Session 1:  Thursdays: Jan 18th to March 8th.    1:00 to 2:30 PM  or 5 to 6:30 PM (8 Weeks)
Session 2:  Thursdays: April 5th to June 7th     1:00 to 2:30 PM  or 5 to 6:30 PM (10 Weeks)

Cost:   8 weeks $95.00   or  Drop in fee $15.00 per class.

Description of Classes

 Core Strong – Tuesdays 9:30am [Suitable for all ages + fitness levels, no babies please]

Building a stable, stronger core by improving strength from the inside out. You will leave with greater posture and feel stronger after this workout.

MamaFit – Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:30am  [Babies welcome to join]

A full body workout focusing on rebuilding and strengthening core muscles safely. Bring baby along to cheer you and get your workout on together. Bring snacks + toys for their entertainment.

Prenatal – Wednesdays 6:30pm

A gentle class to strengthen + tone. This class will focus on easing common pregnancy discomforts and preparing the body for the labour process.

FitCamp – Wednesdays 7:30pm [Suitable for all ages + fitness levels, no babies please]

Fast paced workout to burn calories, tone and increase muscular endurance and get you moving!
